Stefan Reynolds is the publisher of Godalming-based VantagePoint magazine, which is a Royal Mail delivered community magazine that goes out to more than 118,600 local homes every month.
He is a Godalming Town Councillor and Chairman of the council’s main Policy & Management committee.
He is also a Waverley Borough councillor and is that council’s representative to the Chamber of Commerce.
