For over 130 years, The Meath Epilepsy Charity has supported vulnerable adults with complex epilepsy and disabilities to live as safely and independently as possible. The charity is based just outside of Godalming on the Westbrook Road and also provides residential living. The dedicated team of staff work seamlessly around the clock to care for the residents. This year, the charity is facing another difficult ‘cost of living’ Christmas and are working hard to sustain their vital services. However, the continued energy and cost of living crisis mean that their funding gap is widening. This winter, The Meath cannot cover the true cost of care…without a little help from the local community. They are running The Yule Fuel Appeal this December to raise money to support these vulnerable adults.
