Godalming & District Chamber of Commerce are delighted to introduce Planit Consulting as our member of month for November 2023
Planit Consulting is a planning consultancy based in Godalming that was set up in 2006 by its founder Janet Long, which provides specialist planning advice to developers and residential clients. Planit Consulting delivers a range of services from pre-application advice, submitting planning applications, detailed site appraisals which shows the client the art of the possible.
The team also prides itself on being strategist, as very often the planning process requires you to think outside the box. Planit Consulting has recently been successful on delivery 4 projects specifically: gaining planning permission for ‘para 80’ houses of exceptional design in sensitive countryside locations. Most of their work is with private clients but we also act on behalf of several Local Planning Authorities; mostly undertaking appeal work for them.
